FlowMark Wastewater Clarifier Pre-Treatment

The FlowMark Electronic Wastewater Treatment System applies adjustable energy pulses to the wastewater as it flows past the Treatment Pad installation location. The system is mounted externally on the wastewater flow line or on the flocculator tubing so no plumbing is required.

The precise energy level is determined for each application and is applied to the water which neutralizes some of the negative charge responsible for holding colloidal particles in suspension. Since some of the work has been completed electronically less coagulant and flocculant are required to complete the desired reaction. Considerable chemical savings are the net result.

In addition, FlowMark treatment reduces the surface tension of the wastewater allowing sludge to decant more completely which in turn limits the solids volume to be hauled away.

FlowMark systems have been successfully applied to both DAF (Dissolved Air Floatation) clarifiers and settling clarifiers.
