The FlowMark System uses electrical signals to change the way Calcium Carbonate precipitates from hot water. Instead of forming a hard scale that coats the heater elements, the Calcium Carbonate falls out as a harmless powder. In fact, existing scale is also removed by not allowing natural cracking to fill in with fresh scale. The results at this facility are indeed very impressive with nice clean heater elements in just 3 months of operation.
